The associate will support continuous improvement by collecting operational data and participating in on-floor investigations to identify process inefficiencies. They will also create process maps and maintain standard operating procedures to enhance performance and quality.

Lead the distribution and analytics team to optimize global warehouse efficiency and execute analytical projects. Manage relationships with 3PL providers and ensure compliance with health, safety, and GMP standards.

As a Millwright, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing production and non-production equipment, including air compressors, pumps, and HVAC systems. You will also perform preventative maintenance and troubleshoot equipment to increase uptime.
