Key Responsibilities Rough prototyping for processes and products. Fabricating by applying appropriate welding techniques. Testing and calibrating parts, equipment and mechanisms using various methods to meet and verify tolerances and product specifications. Performing yard and building maintenance. Requirements Required Skills Prototyping experience is preferred Minimum of 5 years welding experience (MIG) preferred Hydraulic and electrical experience Must have a strong mechanical aptitude and be a self-starter who can work well with limited supervision Assembly experience is preferred Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to “think on your feet” Excellent communication skills An eye for detail A desire to learn Knowledge of farm equipment is an asset Physical requirements include standing for long periods of time, lifting 50 pounds, and bending We take our values seriously and we offer training, support and tangible benefits that raise the bar within our industry.
