A day in the life of Host for The Nostalgia Townlet: * Reporting directly to the Director of Sales and Customer Experience. * Provide prompt, professional, and courteous service to customers, in a personalized and refined manner. * Guide customers through our sales, discovery, and presentation centers. * Greet customers upon arrival and answer general questions. * Provide administrative support to sales team What you will bring to the table: * A sensational customer service philosophy, with the desire to exceed expectations at every opportunity * Ability to manage a flexible schedule which could include weekdays, evenings, weekends and holidays when required * Proven ability to work independently as well as part of a larger team * Strong verbal communication skills * Highly developed interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills * Ability to adjust to continually shifting priorities * Consistently neat, clean, and professional appearance * Strong computer skills including expert working proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Word and CRM platforms.
