Aircraft Weight and Balance Agent (Load Planner)

Jazz is hiring an Aircraft Weight and Balance Agent (Load Planner)! All necessary training will be provided! The opportunity Reporting to the Manager, Payload, the Aircraft Weight and Balance Agent (Load Planner) will be responsible for providing placement of passengers, baggage and cargo on the aircraft for the purpose of weight and balance. Key responsibilities Aircraft load planning; Calculation of aircraft weight and balance; Managing the company table priority of load; Planning dangerous goods; Perform duties in accordance with established policies and procedures while giving primary consideration to personal safety, and the safety of co-workers and customers; Perform other related duties, as assigned. Required Qualifications Familiarity with personal computers; Ability to work well under pressure in a team environment; Ability to work varying shifts; Strong oral and written communication skills; Strong problem solving and analytical skills; Basic math skills; Clear and concise verbal communication; Effective and confident delivery of information. Preferred Qualifications Previous aviation experience. The Aircraft Weight and Balance Agent (Load Planner) is responsible for planning the placement of passengers, baggage, and cargo on the aircraft to ensure proper weight and balance. This includes load planning, calculating weight and balance, and managing load priorities.

Candidates should have familiarity with personal computers and the ability to work well under pressure in a team environment. Strong communication, problem-solving, and basic math skills are also required.
