The IT Specialist is responsible for the overall design of system infrastructure, including physical configuration based on functional and non-functional requirements. They also develop migration and testing plans during system transitions.

Candidates must have experience in upstream processes of infrastructure construction and project management. Expertise in network security, hardware implementation, and cloud or application platform design is required.
