The role involves formulating systemization concepts and plans for upgrading business systems used in condominium management. This includes identifying issues in current systems, creating business models, and designing overall development schedules.

Candidates must have project management experience at a major Japanese SIer, specifically in IT strategy and upstream processes for core systems or infrastructure. A generalist mindset with the ability to manage diverse stakeholders and eventually handle line management is highly desired.
