About the Opportuni tyReporting to the Director of Operations, the Senior Estimator is responsible for leading the estimating process on complex construction projects from concept through submission. This role combines technical expertise with strategic thinking, helping to develop competitive bids while identifying project risks, supporting business development efforts, and mentoring junior members of the estimating tea m. Lead the estimating process for complex commercial construction projects from concept through submission. This includes analyzing project scope, identifying risks, preparing cost estimates, and mentoring junior team members.

Candidates should hold a diploma in Engineering Technology, a Bachelor of Engineering, or a related discipline. Extensive experience in estimating large-scale construction projects with a general contractor is required.
