Buckland is looking for a Business Analyst, CRM
What you’ll be doing
The Business Analyst, CRM is responsible for advocating for & managing change within the CRM lane. They will work closely with the CRM Administrator and internal Sales, Service & Customer Support teams to understand and document requirements while identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience end to end.

You will be responsible for
- Collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders to identify opportunities to implement changes to business practices with process improvements and/or technology to enhance existing processes and implement automation.
- Partner with the business to understand and translate needs into formal requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, solution designs, specifications, process flows, business rules, testing plans, training materials, and other standard documentation.
- Work alongside the Sales, Service & Customer Support teams to evaluate the impact of new or updated functionality within the CRM, ensuring systems are updated or adjusted to maintain data integrity and streamline workflows.
- Execute & support testing, rollout, and validation of new internal solutions.
- Provide operational support to end users following change management.
- Lead and execute project planning activities such as managing project schedules, gaining acceptance of milestones, engaging with project participants, ensuring adherence to accepted timelines and updating stakeholders on progress.

What we need from you
- Completion of a Diploma/Degree in Business Systems/Information Technology/ Business Analysis/Project Management, or similar discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of Business Analysis experience with proficiency in gathering business requirements, performing gap analysis, writing user stories & defining acceptance criteria.
- Prior experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, Finance, and/or Dual Write.
- Familiarity working with Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Power BI, or Copilot Studio).
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP, and IF statements.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills.
- Experience working in an Agile software development environment is an asse
- Must be legally eligible to work for the Company at all times.
- Valid Passport ability to occasionally travel if required to other offices locations in CAD/USA/MEX.
