Leggat Kia is seeking a Sales Representative to join our team!
Reporting to the General Manager and Sales Management Team, as the Sales Representative you are responsible for building relationships, driving results, achieving and exceeding targets, and contributing to the overall success of the dealership sales team. You must be adaptable and flexible in how the customer chooses to engage from initial inquiring to the final purchase of a vehicle. This position qualifies for the Canada Summer Jobs Program.
Compensation: $18 per hour

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the products and services offered by the dealership.

Identify potential customers and follow up on leads generated by the dealership.

Assist customers in selecting a vehicle that best meets their needs and budget.

Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives with customers to showcase the features and benefits of each vehicle.

Negotiate prices and financing options with customers to close sales.

Provide excellent customer service by maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
Qualifications

Exceptional Customer Service

Self-starter, a desire to succeed, and can adapt to a rapidly changing environment

Professional sales aptitude

Strong digital understanding

Creative and solution-driven

Understands the importance of being part of a team

Utilizes all tools from digital to CRM applications

Available to work flexible hours and weekends

Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
