***Please note this is a Part-Time Hourly role.***

About you role:

The Administrative Assistant | Property Tax Services primary responsibility will be to provide administrative support to the Property Tax Services team based out of our Calgary, Alberta office .

In this role, you will handle:

  • Creation and tracking of client contracts
  • Preparation and processing of client invoices
  • Accounts Receivable follow up and payment application
  • Tracking and preparing heavily scrutinized appeal documents for roughly 1,000 properties.
  • Front line support for all client enquiries
  • Coordinate the handling, production, and processing of outgoing/incoming correspondence in a timely fashion, including emails, letters, and phone calls, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
  • Arrange for, receive, and distribute supplies, mail, couriers, and deliveries.
  • Coordinate and distribute large mailings
  • Working with various web-based databases.
  • Maintain project and client tracking database.
  • Assist with the collection, organization, and management of property tax data, including property assessments, tax bills, and related documents.
  • Enter and maintain accurate and up-to-date information surrounding our clients and their respective properties.
  • Conduct research and gather relevant information from various sources to support property tax assessment and appeal processes

  • Possess strong organizational, time management and project management skills with a demonstrated ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
  • Strong relationship-building ability, proactive, results-oriented, and resourceful.
  • Ability to deliver excellent customer service at all levels of the organization and with external partners.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.
  • Exhibit a high level of professionalism and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) required
