Job Duties:
- Process and post new and used vehicle deals in CDK/DMS.
- Review deal jackets for completeness and accuracy.
- Ensure all documents (bill of sale, trade-in, finance, etc.) are included.
- Submit funding packages and follow up with financial institutions.
- Process rebates, incentives, and warranty registrations.
- Reconcile deals with accounting and update related schedules.
- Post and balance sales commissions and internal deals.
- Maintain organized filing of all deal paperwork.
- Communicate with sales, F&I, and accounting to resolve discrepancies.
- Assist with month-end closing for vehicle sales.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of accounting experience.
- Dealership experience is considered an asset
- Customer service experience
- Eye for detail and perfection.
- Passion for delivering high quality.
