We're seeking a sales-driven, self-starting Territory Sales Manager to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys the fast-paced world of automotive aftermarket and industrial parts and who is passionate about generating new opportunities and growing a new customer base, while maintaining existing clients.
What You’ll Do:
- Drive new business through cold calling, lead generation, and proactive prospecting.
- Grow your territory by identifying new opportunities while nurturing existing client relationships.
- Visit customers regularly to establish relationships, identify needs and target solutions to produce optimum sales.
- Present compelling automotive aftermarket product solutions and value propositions to industrial, fleet and automotive businesses.
- Manage orders, returns, quotes, and customer follow-ups with precision and care.
- Use CRM tools and sales processes to stay organized, track opportunities, and report progress to organization.
- Be a trusted advisor delivering exceptional customer service at every touchpoint.
Expertise & Essential Skills:
- Proven sales experience (preferably outbound or territory sales within an automotive framework) with a focus on seeking, generating and fostering strong business relationships.
- Strong knowledge of automotive parts and industrial supply are essential.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional, customer-focused approach.
- Comfortable with technology, using CRM and catalog systems.
- Experience in territory management with a willingness to travel as needed (including occasional overnights).
- A passion for learning, growth, and taking initiative in a competitive market.
