Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Part Time AP Economics instructor, to teach AP Macro and AP Micro. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in high school education, a genuine passion for teaching, and the ability to create an engaging and inclusive classroom environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing lesson plans, assessing and evaluating student progress, fostering a positive classroom culture, and collaborating with colleagues and parents to ensure the academic development of each student. Further, the successful candidate must be a team player and be flexible in their approach toward teaching and learning while serving as an integral part of our school culture.

Required Education, Skills, and Qualifications:

The candidate for this position will possess the following criteria:

  • Minimum 3 Years of teaching experience teaching grades 8-12 (Preferred but not essential)
  • Experience of teaching ELL students preferred but not essential
  • A proven track record of high student achievement
