What Would Be Required In Your Role
- Journeyperson Steamfitter/Pipefitter certification.
- Working in a variety of plant and refinery environments.
- Equipment installation at heights using multiple access methods. (Man Basket, AWP, Ladders)
- Working in a dynamic environment as a team.
- Working with cranes and rigging.
The Experience You Will Bring
- Pipe fabrication, assembly, and installation experience.
- Rigging and Hoisting experience.
- Ability to read and interpret complex instructions and technical drawings.
- Knowledge and experience with basic safety programs and documentation.
- Positive and friendly demeanor with a safety conscious attitude.
- Ability to work with others as a team.
- Capable of working safely in Confined Space Environments
- H2S Alive
- OSSA Fall Protection
- CSTS 20
What Will Put You Ahead
- Experience working at heights.
- Experience working with flares and combustion equipment.
- Experience working in plant or refineries environments.
- Experience with pressure testing piping systems.
- Experience with tubing and bending.
- Prior experience with field run installation.
- First Aid (Level A or C)
- Basic Safety Orientation (OSSA)
Physical requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable working at heights up to 350’.
- Ability to climb stairs and ladders.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
