Job Description
The Biological Intensification Sales Engineer is responsible for the commercialization of Veolia, innovative biological technologies - including ZeeLung, ZeeNAMMOX and ZeeDENSE - in North America. The primary responsibility is to champion business development and domain specific sales activities. Work at the strategic level identifying leads and opportunities, as well as directly engaging in and support sales activities of the new technologies.
Key responsibilities:

Develop commercialization strategies for innovative biological technologies - including ZeeLung, ZeeNAMMOX and ZeeDENSE - in North America. Partner with Municipal Sales and Commercial Engineering teams to execute sales strategy.

Develop, test, refine and articulate a specific value proposition for the technologies. Build tools that enable the Sales team to calculate the value proposition and communicate this to prospective customers.

Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns in selected regions establishing the marketing mix in the target market for the right product, price, promotion, and place.

Partner with regional Sales to ensure that target customers are engaged, and opportunities are qualified.

Create awareness of innovative biological technologies by organizing and leading market- focused customer information sessions, presenting at regional conferences, and engaging with stakeholders.
Qualifications
Core Qualifications:

B.S. degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Civil, or Environmental Engineering

Minimum 10 years of broad experience covering technology commercialization, product management, and commercial engineering

Minimum 10 years of water treatment experience
-
Minimum 5 years of biological wastewater treatment experience Routine travel required

- Compensation: The compensation range is tied to the market for similarly benchmarked roles. The range is not an absolute, but a guide, and offers will be based on the individual candidate’s knowledge, skills, experience and market conditions, as well as internal peer equity. Depending upon all the preceding considerations for the final selected individual candidate, the offer may be lower or higher than the stated range: $131,000 - $145,000
