Your main responsibilities will be:
- Reception and front desk:
- Welcome visitors and clients with courtesy.
- Answer phone calls and transfer them to the appropriate departments.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail.
Administrative support:
- Prepare, file, and archive administrative documents.
- Manage the schedules for meeting rooms and the reception area.
- Format documents.
- Perform data entry for different departments (invoices, customs entries, etc.).
Communication:
- Process incoming emails and respond to information requests.
- Ensure clear communication between the different departments.
What we are looking for:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a similar position.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize based on urgency and importance.
- Strong communication skills and customer service orientation.
- Professionalism, discretion, and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Fast execution, attention to detail, and strong administrative rigor.
- Computer skills: Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel; knowledge of a VOP is an asset.
- Communication and customer service: advanced bilingualism in French and English, active listening, ability to advise and explain clearly; collaboration and teamwork.
