Assistant Office Administration- Part Time Contract
About the role
The Opportunity
To maintain and coordinate the day-to-day operation of the mail room
Key Activities
- Administer daily courier packages
- Process and deliver all incoming mail
- Order office supplies
- Manage mailroom email inbox
- Prepare new/returning employees supply packages
- Maintain lunch and meeting rooms
- Manage copy rooms consumables
- Conduct monthly inventory counts
- Backup for Receptionist Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Experience:
Functional – Office experience 4-6 years
Education:
Minimum Grade 12
Skills & Abilities

Strong organizational skills

Strong Customer Service Skills

Ability to multitask
-
Strong attention to detail
-
Ability to work under pressure

Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel (intermediate)

Work independently with little supervision

Excellent communication skills
