TalentWorld est à la recherche d'un(e) Directeur(trice) d’usine pour piloter la performance globale de leur site situé à Grenville-sur-la-Rouge et jouer un rôle clé dans notre stratégie industrielle.
Votre Mission
- Diriger l’ensemble des opérations manufacturières (Sécurité, Qualité, Coûts, Livraison)
- Instaurer une culture Sécurité avant tout
- Mener des initiatives Lean & Excellence Opérationnelle
- Déployer des projets CAPEX à fort impact
- Développer des équipes engagées et performantes
- Influencer les décisions stratégiques au sein d’un groupe mondial
Votre Profil
- Formation en ingénierie ou domaine technique
- 6+ ans d’expérience en leadership manufacturier
- Expérience confirmée en direction d’usine / opérations / maintenance
- Forte expertise Lean, amélioration continue, conduite du changement
- Leadership terrain, orienté résultats et humain

We recognized that our success in recruiting, training and scheduling talent, as well as doing payroll could be applied beyond the security industry. Our growth began in Quebec with the acquisition of Helene Roy Staffing agency, and continued from there.
In 2019, we expanded our services into Ontario with the acquisition of The Bagg Group (Toronto) and Turn Key Staffing Solutions (GTA + North). Although we love the GardaWorld brand and everything it stands for, it’s time to step out on our own and create a name for ourselves. Literally.
