We are looking for a passionate Project Planner to join our team and support our engagements in Toronto.
By joining our team, you are about to embark on an adventure where every day is a new page to write. As a valued member of our global team, you will:
- Develop and maintain detailed project programs using Primavera P6, incorporating cost, schedule, and quality objectives.
- Perform critical path analyses to assess the impacts of deadlines and identify bottlenecks.
- Perform planning simulations to optimize resource allocation and reduce costs.
- Implement change control procedures to manage scope changes and their impacts on planning and budgeting.
- Track expenditures against budget, analyze variances and recommend corrective actions.
- Produce regular reports on project performance in terms of costs and deadlines.
- Communicate results to internal and external stakeholders.
- Participate in coordination meetings to represent the progress of the project and discuss the challenges encountered.
Who are you?
- You hold a degree in project management / PMO, in an industrial field, you have 5 to 10 years of professional experience, and you have forged your expertise through rich and varied experiences.
- You are a rigorous and methodical professional, with a solid background in project management and in the use of Primavera P6.
- You have excellent communication, both oral and written, and know how to work in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
