About Us

At My Tsawwassen Dentist, we’re more than a dental clinic—we’re a deeply community-driven practice built on relationships, trust, and long-standing patient care. With a strong foundation and a clear vision for growth, we are entering an exciting new chapter—and we’re looking for the right Associate to help lead it.

Schedule

4–5 days per week:

  • Monday: 12:30 PM – 8:00 PM
  • Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Wednesday: 7:00 AM – 2:00 PM
  • Thursday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Optional Fridays and future Saturday expansion

Step into a fully established schedule, with patient bookings extending weeks in advance and a robust hygiene program booked months out—providing immediate production and continuity of care.

Who We’re Looking For

  • Confident, experienced provider comfortable working independently
  • Strong clinical foundation in general dentistry with ability to manage full patient flow
  • Growth-oriented mindset with interest in expanding scope and contributing to practice development
  • Excellent communicator who values relationship-based care
  • Team-oriented, community-focused, and aligned with a patient-first philosophy

  • Deliver comprehensive dental care across a wide range of procedures
  • Diagnose and treatment plan with autonomy and clinical confidence
  • Manage a full and consistent patient schedule with strong case acceptance opportunity

About You:

  • Graduate from an accredited DDS/DMD Program or successful completion of the National Dental Examining Board of Canada (NDEB) Equivalency Process
  • Registered and in good standing with provincial licensing requirements
  • Valid CPR certification
