We are searching for Personal Support Workers who are dedicated to providing the type of care the we would want for our own loved ones and by offering our competitive wages and a phone allowance along with a dedicated support team to back you in the field we have been able to do just that. Come and join our team and see just how different care can be. We have part time days 7am-3pm and part time afternoons 3pm-11pm. These are 1 hour visits home to home. This position covers Hamilton, Binbrook, Winona, Stoney Creek and Ancaster. Time frames are not flexible, you must chose 1 time frame and all scheduled days will be the same time frame. Part time is 3 weekdays (must be same 3 days each week) PLUS every other weekend both sat and sun, no exceptions. This does have potential to lead to FT if desired but that would take time, up to 1 month. We do pay 40 cents/km between clients for mileage and clients are grouped together as much as possible to minimize travel between. Starting pay is $23/hr and does include the government wage portion. Part time receive a $25 monthly phone allowance.
