We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our Corporate Services team. This position is a key member of the Fleet Vehicle Agency and Supply Services environment within the Corporate Services Division.

The Fleet and Supply Systems Analyst plays an important role in supporting, enhancing, and optimizing government-wide systems that enable effective fleet management, procurement, and operational decision-making. This role provides technical support, systems analysis, training, and data reporting to ensure enterprise platforms support service delivery, policy compliance, and continual improvement across departments.

Essential Qualifications

  • Experience analyzing business processes and operational needs and translating them into system improvements or solutions;

  • Experience providing technical support, troubleshooting, and user assistance for enterprise or operational systems;

  • Experience with system configuration, testing, documentation, or implementation of system upgrades or enhancements;

  • Experience working with data, reporting tools, or dashboards to support operational or program decision-making;

  • Experience developing and delivering user training, documentation, or standard operating procedures for system users.

Candidates who have education, training, and/or experience equivalent to the essential qualifications listed above may be equally considered.

  • Sound judgment and attention to detail when working with system data, reporting, and documentation.

Conditions of Employment

This is a designated position within the Yukon public service which requires the following condition(s) of employment:

  • class 5 driver's licence or equivalent
