About the Opportunity
Reporting to the Director of Information Technology, the Business Analyst Summer Student will work as a member of the Projects team. Applicants must have a strong interest in identifying opportunities for improvement, analyzing business processes and solving challenging problems in a team and/or individual setting. A strong desire to learn and contribute to meaningful projects is highly valued.
What is the role?

Working with various departments to ensure the successful progression of projects and adherence to deadlines.

Assist the Project Management Office team in reviewing, organizing, and monitoring projects to ensure timely progress.

Assist in creating and updating Standard Operation Procedures for various departments, fostering consistency and efficiency.

Provide documentation support, including drafting, organizing, and maintaining project records.

Deliver regular status updates to management and project committees, highlighting key milestones and addressing potential challenges,
About You
What do you need?
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate information and propose practical solutions/suggestions.
- Strong organization skills to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
- A collaborative mindset and ability to work well individually or part of a team.
- Strong communication and documentation skillsfor documenting processes and presenting updates.
- Proficiency in using tools like Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Registered in a recognized university or college and working towards a degree in Business Analyst, Project Management, Marketing, Communication or related programs Must be returning to school for the Fall semester
Nice to have skills

While we specialize in the Canadian market we are able to move goods anywhere in the world. If necessary we can have the duty paid with the bill coming back to you so that you are able to sell as if you are in your customers' country. All of our customers are assigned an individual customer service representative who is trained, and familiar with, your unique needs.
