About the role

Description We are seeking an experienced, customer-focused Senior Product Manager – Technical to lead the development of innovative solutions in third-party and first-party Audio and Video measurement. This role will play a key part in helping advertisers measure, analyze, and optimize their advertising campaigns across Amazon Ads. By delivering performance reporting and actionable insights, our team empowers global advertisers to connect their media investments with customer outcomes. If you're passionate about data-driven decision-making and developing solutions that impact millions of customers, this is the role for you!

As a key member of the Audio and Video Measurement team, you will define the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of technical solutions designed to help advertisers evaluate their campaign performance across both third-party and first-party measurement frameworks. You help advertisers understand the effectiveness of their campaigns, identify optimization opportunities, and drive tangible business outcomes. Your responsibilities will include working backward from the customer to identify needs, partnering with engineering to build scalable event-driven architectures to process billions of impressions and conversions daily, and driving adoption through close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

In this role, you will work closely with third-party measurement vendors and internal first-party measurement systems to report and optimize on key metrics for Audio and Video advertising. Within Amazon, you will collaborate across multiple engineering, data science, and design teams to build robust, data-driven reporting products. Ideal candidates have deep experience in industry standard digital campaign measurement (e.g. brand lift, offline sales lift), and Streaming TV and Audio measurement (incremental reach, attention, online engagement). Exceptional candidates are deep in both third-party measurement methodologies and first-party measurement frameworks. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering data-driven products at scale, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Amazon is investing heavily in building a world class advertising business. We deliver campaign reporting for all of Amazon Ads and produce analytics and reporting insights that are used by advertisers to grow their business every day. We are highly motivated and collaborative with an entrepreneurial spirit and agile bias for action.

We start with the customer and work backwards in everything we do, including advertising. If you're interested in joining a rapidly growing team with a relentless focus on the customer, you've come to the right place.

About Amazon

Software Development
10,000+

Amazon is guided by four principles: customer obsession rather than competitor focus, passion for invention, commitment to operational excellence, and long-term thinking. We are driven by the excitement of building technologies, inventing products, and providing services that change lives. We embrace new ways of doing things, make decisions quickly, and are not afraid to fail. We have the scope and capabilities of a large company, and the spirit and heart of a small one.

Together, Amazonians research and develop new technologies from Amazon Web Services to Alexa on behalf of our customers: shoppers, sellers, content creators, and developers around the world.

Our mission is to be Earth's most customer-centric company. Our actions, goals, projects, programs, and inventions begin and end with the customer top of mind.

You'll also hear us say that at Amazon, it's always "Day 1." What do we mean? That our approach remains the same as it was on Amazon's very first day - to make smart, fast decisions, stay nimble, invent, and focus on delighting our customers.
