Shift Time : Overnight Shifts - 11 pm - 7 am

This is a position available based out of Guelph for a private client.

What you will be doing:

• Provide compassionate care tailored to client needs, with expertise in managingTracheostomy,G-tube management, andmonitoring vital signs.

• Experience working withpediatric clientsis an asset.

• Administer medications and assist withpersonal careroutines.

• Communicate and coordinate effectively withparentsand othercaregivers.

• Maintain a strong commitment tocommunity-based care.

• Prepare and maintainclient reports and updates.

• Build meaningful relationships with clients through empathy, consistency, and trust.

• Demonstrate initiative and independence, thriving withminimal supervision.

• Collaborate effectively within a team while beingreliable and self-directed.

• Approach challenges with aproblem-solving mindset, ensuring the highest level ofcustomer service.

• Prioritizesafetyfor both yourself and your clients, adhering to best practices and protocols.

Skills needed for success:

• You are ahighly energetic and enthusiasticindividual who thrives in adynamic, fast-paced environment.

• Exceptionallyorganized, with strong time management skills and the ability to effectively manage your schedule.

• Excellentcommunication skills, bothwritten and verbal, allowing you to connect clearly and confidently.

• Proven ability tobuild strong relationshipswith both internal and external stakeholders.

• Minimum oftwo years’ experiencein acommunity careorclinical/hospital settingis preferred.

• Currently certified as aRegistered Nurse (RN)orRegistered Practical Nurse (RPN)with theCollege of Nurses of Ontario (CNO).

• Certified inStandard First Aid & CPR/AED (Level C).

• Able to provide acurrent Mask Fit testcertification.
