Title: Shift Nurse RPN/RN
Location(s): Kicthener - Waterloo
Shift Time : Overnight Shifts - 11 pm - 7 am

We are looking for aShift Nurse (RN or RPN)who is comfortable providing care to our clients. Our nextShift Nursewill thrive in a culture made for caring where being flexible and possessing strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills will drive the success of their role.
If your passion is rooted in all things client focused and you have a strong urge to provide care to a variety of patients in the community and have extensive wound care experience, then this would be the opportunity for you!
This is a position available based out of Guelph for a private client.
What you will be doing:

Provide compassionate care tailored to client needs, with expertise in managingTracheostomy,G-tube management, andmonitoring vital signs.

Experience working withpediatric clientsis an asset.
-
Administer medications and assist withpersonal careroutines.
-
Communicate and coordinate effectively withparentsand othercaregivers.
-
Maintain a strong commitment tocommunity-based care.
-
Prepare and maintainclient reports and updates.
-
Build meaningful relationships with clients through empathy, consistency, and trust.
-
Demonstrate initiative and independence, thriving withminimal supervision.
-
Collaborate effectively within a team while beingreliable and self-directed.
-
Approach challenges with aproblem-solving mindset, ensuring the highest level ofcustomer service.

Prioritizesafetyfor both yourself and your clients, adhering to best practices and protocols.

Excellentcommunication skills, bothwritten and verbal, allowing you to connect clearly and confidently.

Proven ability tobuild strong relationshipswith both internal and external stakeholders.

Minimum oftwo years’ experiencein acommunity careorclinical/hospital settingis preferred.

Currently certified as aRegistered Nurse (RN)orRegistered Practical Nurse (RPN)with theCollege of Nurses of Ontario (CNO).
-
Certified inStandard First Aid & CPR/AED (Level C).
-
Able to provide acurrent Mask Fit testcertification.
