Put your expertise in the spotlight
As a member of the Talent Systems team, you will be at the heart of the digital employee experience transformation. You will lead projects and initiatives to enhance existing process and maximize the efficiency of our Talent systems. With a strong interest for human resources processes, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support our operations in the day-to-day as well as implement solutions and optimize technological tools to drive performance across Cirque.
Responsibilities:

Gather, clarify and document business requirements for various projects, improvement opportunities as well as fixes and analyze their impacts from the points of view of the user, the process, the technology and the company.

Recommend business solutions and manage their implementation (configurations, tests) while ensuring continuous communication with all stakeholders;
-
Provide operational support for system-related issues and question;
-
Provide an expertise on optimization opportunities for our systems to improve operational efficiencies (automation, simplification, etc.);

Contribute to the evolution of our Talent systems and the digitalization of the employee experience;
-
Implement best practices to ensure data integrity and security;
-
Train colleagues from the Talent team and other departments on process and system changes and to ensure a smooth execution and delivery;

Contribute to updating documentation of our business processes and system procedures.
You possess the following professional and technical skills:
-
You have a university degree in business administration, human resource management or any related field;
-
You have two (2) to five (5) years of experience in a similar role;
-
You are familiar with SuccessFactors (certification is an asset) and Workforce Software (asset);
-
You have intermediate level in Microsoft Excel;
-
You have a great capacity for analysis and problem solving in various contexts.

You have demonstrated experience in defining and managing the deployment of business solutions while ensuring continuous communication with various stakeholders.

You are a team player and you have great ability to establish productive professional relationships with internal and external partners.

You like working on several different mandates simultaneously.

You are fluent in English and French, both spoken and written,
