Existing Patient Base | Busy from Day One | Path to Partnership

This is a true transition opportunity — with an established patient base being handed over and two dedicated chairs ready for a new associate.
SCHEDULE- MONDAY TO FRIDAY
NO EVENINGS NO WEEKENDS

A Day in the Life
- Step into a 5-op practice with 2 chairs dedicated to you
- Focus on restorative, endo, and surgical dentistry (high demand)
- Build your schedule quickly with both existing and new patients
- Collaborate with a strong hygiene and clinical support team
Clinical Environment
- Modern digital workflow (iTero, Pan, Videa Health)
- Strong demand for endo, surgery, and comprehensive care
- Opportunity to expand scope with in-house growth focus
- Support from broader Ottawa network for referrals and collaboration
What We’re Looking For
- Confident, growth-oriented dentist (new grads welcome)
- Strength in endo, surgery, or ortho is an asset
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
- Motivated to build and grow within a practice

About You:
- Graduate from an accredited DDS/DMD Program or successful completion of the National Dental Examining Board of Canada (NDEB) Equivalency Process
- Registered and in good standing with provincial licensing requirements
- Valid CPR certification
