Premium Dining Concierge

Our organization is seeking a sophisticated and highly organized Corporate Concierge to join our elite hospitality team. This pivotal role is dedicated to curating impeccable guest journeys and orchestrating flawless experiences within our Premium Dining restaurant & event space. Acting as a refined ambassador for our brand, you will ensure every interaction is marked by grace, precision, and a relentless commitment to five-star standards.

This is a Monday through Friday engagement, requiring a professional with the versatility to accommodate shifting business requirements during opening or closing hours.

The Art of the Role

As our Premium Dining Corporate Concierge, you will be entrusted with the following responsibilities:

  • Offer a warm, sophisticated welcome to every guest, cultivating an atmosphere of exclusivity and building lasting impressions.
  • Tailor service delivery to the distinct needs of each client, meticulously executing details in alignment with Banquet Event Orders (BEOs).
  • Resolve guest inquiries with elegance and urgency, ensuring proactive follow-up and exceeding expectations at every turn.
  • Maintain a signature "personal touch" in all digital correspondence, fostering meaningful client relationships before, during, and after each engagement.
  • Seamlessly navigate onsite booking systems to manage the flow of the conference center and premium dining suites with poise and efficiency, particularly during peak times such as lunch service.
  • Deliver a personalized experience by utilizing guest reservation systems to anticipate VIP needs and track specific dining preferences.
  • Collaborate intimately with the Events and Culinary teams to ensure a harmonious and elevated environment across all premium areas.
  • Exercise intuition and creative thinking to navigate operational challenges, transforming potential obstacles into seamless solutions.
  • Expertly manage high-level inquiries and administrative workflows, maintaining the highest standards of discretion and professionalism.
  • Liaise seamlessly between guests, service teams, and security to ensure operational excellence through discreet entry and smooth floor management in a high-pressure environment.
  • Exemplify the company’s values through a polished demeanor and impeccable professional presentation at all times.
  • Assist the Events Team in the fine-tuning of reception management, artisanal buffet presentation, dietary precision, and seamless visitor registration.
  • Partner directly with high-profile clients to refine and finalize meeting specifications, ensuring every detail is captured with precision.

Candidate Profile

We are searching for a candidate who embodies the spirit of luxury hospitality. You are likely the ideal fit if you possess:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in high-end administration, luxury hospitality, or premium customer service.
  • Experience at a Forbes-level restaurant or fine dining establishment is considered a significant asset.
  • Superior interpersonal and analytical skills, with the ability to communicate with clarity, warmth, and professional tact.
  • Highly developed organizational skills with the innate ability to remain composed and effective in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Event Management Software (specifically EMS) is considered a significant asset.
