Boundary Bay Montessori School (BBMS), nestled in the pastoral landscape of Delta, BC with stunning views of the Cascade Mountains, is seeking an inspired Montessori educator to join our supportive, collaborative, and innovative teaching community.

🌟 Position
Montessori Upper Elementary Lead Directress or Co-Directress**
Start Date:** August 24, 2026 – June 30, 2027
✔️ What We're Looking For
- Montessori Certification (Elementary 6–9 and/or 9-12 training)
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Experience in a Montessori elementary setting
- Eligibility for BC Teacher Regulation Branch certification (if applicable)
- Legally able to work in Canada
- Current Criminal Record Check & First Aid Certification
🌱 Your Role
- Create and guide a high-quality Montessori prepared environment for 9-12-year-olds
- Foster a warm, respectful, and developmentally rich community indoors and outdoors
- Communicate effectively with families and maintain required documentation
- Meet BC Ministry of Education learning and reporting requirements
- Collaborate as a lead or co-guide in a professional, supportive environment
- Engage in ongoing professional development
🎁 What We Offer
- Continuing contract after successful two-year cycle
- Competitive salary starting at a base of $60,000 annually, and increasing by education and experience.
- Flexible benefits package (Extended Health & Dental, Lifestyle, or RRSP)
