Job Overview:
Domus Building Cleaning Company Ltd. is looking for an Operations Coordinator for an immediate position located within the Ottawa area. Domus has been in operation for over 50 years with more than 600 employees in multiple provinces and has an excellent reputation as a janitorial services provider.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Coordinate daily operations between operations manager and clients/employees

Generate weekly price lists
-
Supporting Operations Management on day-to-day operations
-
Input and track product costing
-
Coordinate inventory tracking and stock levels with buildings
-
Communicate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams in English and French
-
Perform routine purchases from various suppliers
-
Coordinate pick up of orders purchased from suppliers
-
Prepare and maintain operational records and reports
-
Handle emails, phone calls, internal and external communications
-
Ability to conduct thorough inspections and report on performance.
-
Assist with tablets on site, for clock in and clock out issues/troubleshoot
-
Other duties and responsibilities as required
Required Skills/Abilities:
-
Proven experience in managing cleaning services in a commercial or institutional setting.
-
Strong leadership and team management skills.
-
Security Clearance is required, can be done upon hire
-
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
-
Experience in inventory and budget management.
-
Proficiency in using relevant software for tracking and managing services.
-
Experience in budgeting, work loading, and cost controls.
-
Commitment to maintaining best in class service.
