We’re looking for an energetic, creative, and guest-focused Activities Coordinator who can bring our resort to life through engaging experiences, thoughtful programming, and genuine human connection.

What You’ll Be Doing

You will be the face of fun, energy, and engagement at the resort, responsible for designing and delivering experiences that guests talk about long after they leave.

• Lead and host daily activities for guests of all ages—from wellness sessions and games to seasonal events
• Design and launch new, creative programs that elevate the guest experience
• Bring energy, personality, and professionalism to every interaction
• Promote activities across the resort and drive participation
• Partner with local community providers to create authentic Nova Scotia experiences
• Coordinate group activities, special events, and holiday programming
• Ensure all activities are safe, organized, and aligned with resort standards
• Monitor recreation spaces (pool, trails, fitness areas) to maintain safety and guest satisfaction
• Step in to support Guest Services operations when needed

What You Bring

• 1+ year experience in hospitality, recreation, events, or guest-facing roles (preferred)
• Experience leading activities, events, or group sessions is a strong asset
• CPR / First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Interest or certification in wellness activities (yoga, fitness, etc.) is a plus
• Valid driver’s license (preferred)
