Through our innovative products and our engaged community, we are empowering people everywhere to be unapologetically free. Launched in 2013, we are one of the fastest-growing intimate apparel brands in North America and are globally recognized as an innovator within the apparel space. Come join us if you are looking for a purpose-driven and authentic career!

The Knix eCommerce Team is looking for a Senior Manager, Site Merchandising to lead and evolve the onsite experience as a primary driver of revenue, conversion, and customer acquisition.

Reporting into the Director of Site Merchandising, this role is both strategic and highly operational — you will be responsible for defining how customers discover, evaluate, and purchase across the site, while ensuring execution at speed and quality in a fast-paced environment.

You will be responsible for executing the end-to-end onsite merchandising strategy, from homepage and navigation to product discovery, launches, and conversion optimization. This includes translating business goals into clear onsite priorities, leveraging data to identify opportunities, and driving cross-functional execution across Growth, Product, Creative, and Analytics. Once this work is complete, you’ll leverage your new found knowledge to influence and shape ongoing and future site merchandising strategies.

This role requires a leader who can operate as a business owner of the site experience — balancing customer experience, brand storytelling, and commercial performance.

About You

  • Highly analytical and commercially minded — you use data to drive decisions, not just inform them
  • Comfortable making decisions with imperfect information and moving quickly
  • Deep understanding of eCommerce funnels and conversion drivers
  • Able to balance customer experience, brand, and revenue impact
  • Strong communicator who can influence senior stakeholders
  • A hands-on leader who is equally comfortable in strategy and execution

The Opportunity

Onsite Strategy & Revenue

  • Be responsible for site merchandising performance across key KPIs: Revenue, CVR, AOV, and Traffic engagement
  • Translate weekly/monthly business targets into clear onsite actions and priorities
  • Identify and act on opportunities across new vs. returning customers, geo differences (CA vs US), and channel traffic mix
  • Lead homepage, navigation, and landing page strategies to improve discoverability and reduce friction

Product Discovery & Conversion Optimization

  • Own and continuously optimize:

    • Site navigation & taxonomy (L1/L2 structure)
    • Search & filtering experience
    • Category (PLP) and product (PDP) merchandising
  • Leverage tools (e.g., Shopify, AI platforms) to drive:

    • Personalized recommendations
    • Intelligent product ranking & bundling
  • Identify and address funnel drop-offs (browse PDP cart purchase)

Launch & Promotional Execution

  • Accountable to driving end-to-end onsite execution for:

    • Product launches (newness, innovation, seasonal drops)
    • Campaigns and promotions (sale, bundling, offers)
  • Ensure alignment between IMC, Growth, and Site to deliver cohesive customer journeys

  • Balance brand storytelling with commercial outcomes

Testing, Analytics & Insights

  • Help drive onsite testing roadmap (A/B testing, personalization, UX improvements)

  • Use analytics tools (e.g., GA, Amplitude) to:

    • Identify performance drivers and friction points
    • Turn insights into actionable experiments
  • Experience performing in-depth funnel analysis and customer journey mapping using tools like Amplitude or HotJar to identify and resolve site friction.

  • Establish a test-and-learn culture with clear hypotheses and measurable impact

Day-to-Day Site Operations Excellence

  • Accountable to daily site health:

    • Product setup, launches, promotions, and QA
    • Content accuracy and site functionality
  • Ensure speed, accuracy, and attention to detail across all site updates

  • Build scalable processes that enable efficient execution without compromising quality

Team & Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Designing operational systems that simplify complex execution for the wider group.

  • Partner closely with:

    • Growth (traffic & channel strategy)
    • Product & Tech (site capabilities)
    • Creative & Brand (asset development)
    • Analytics (performance insights)
  • Act as the bridge between strategy and execution, ensuring teams are aligned and moving quickly

What Success Looks Like

  • Consistent improvement in CVR, AOV, and revenue vs. target
  • Clear, data-driven decision making that impacts business outcomes
  • A site experience that is intuitive, high-performing, and aligned to customer needs
  • Strong cross-functional alignment with minimal friction and fast execution
  • A team that operates with ownership, speed, and high standards

Qualifications

  • 6+ years in eCommerce / site merchandising / digital merchandising

  • Proven track record of driving conversion and revenue growth through onsite optimization

  • Strong experience with:

    • Web analytics (GA, Amplitude or similar)
    • A/B testing and experimentation frameworks
    • Merchandising and personalization tools ( eg. Bloomreach)
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Growth, and Creative teams

  • Shopify experience strongly preferred

Salary

  • Annual salary starting at $136,000
