Duties to commence approximately _________________
The Supervisor of Admissions, Data Analytics & Systems Alignment provides system-level leadership in the day-to-day operations of admissions, and data management. This role is responsible for overseeing the Student Information System (SIS), leading data services, driving continuous improvement through statistical analysis, and ensuring seamless data alignment across various educational software platforms.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or degree in business administration
- Minimum of three years of related experience.
- Advanced leadership skills with the ability to direct staff, exercise administrative judgment, and demonstrate loyalty to the Board.
- Advanced analytical skills and the ability to work independently.
- Deep technical experience with Ontario Ministry of Education programs, including OnSIS, OCAS, OUAC, MISA, and Aspen.
- Familiarity with Ministry of Education regulations regarding Enrolment and Attendance registers.
- Excellent oral and written communication, language, and interpersonal skills.
