An unconventional V.I.E: help us scale our Canadian subsidiary
We launched our Canadian office in July 2025, and the local team is already 4 people strong — and growing fast. You’ll be one of the early hires shaping how we win in Canada, with all the ownership and impact that comes with it.
Based in Montreal, your mission is clear: break into the English-speaking Canadian market (Toronto, Vancouver, Calgary, and beyond) and turn it into a serious revenue engine.
This role is a V.I.E position. The successful candidate will receive the V.I.E allowance set by Business France. Please review eligibility and program conditions at mon-vie-via.businessfrance.fr.
What you’ll do?
You’ll own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, and drive new ARR in Canada.
- Sign new contracts and drive opportunities through the pipeline with discipline.
- Generate part of your own pipeline through targeted outbound actions (cold calls, sequences, etc.).
- Build the account strategy — define a per-industry, per-account playbook as we scale our Canadian go-to-market.
- Partner closely with the Jint Canadian team and our local Partners, who are a core part of our sales motion.
Your team
You’ll report to our Country Manager in Montreal and join our local team — 4 people today and growing fast, where every hire shapes the culture. You’ll also work hand-in-hand with the broader Acquisition team, most of whom sit at our Paris HQ.---
Who we’re looking for
- At least 2 years of B2B enterprise sales experience, with a clear record of running client meetings and closing deals — ideally in SaaS or complex tech sales.
- Non-negotiable: excellent English level. You’ll be closing complex deals with North American executives whose first language is English. That means fluent, polished English written and spoken. French is also essential for working with our HQ and the broader team.
- An entrepreneurial streak: you like building, opening doors, and seeing your impact in the numbers.
- Results-driven, ambitious, and structured in how you manage your time and priorities.
- Master’s degree (top business or engineering school, or equivalent track record).
- Prior experience in an English-speaking environment (studies, expat, first job abroad) is a strong plus.📝 Step 0 — Application
