Our Fort Hills Maintenance team is looking for an experienced Maintenance Planner to join our team!

Minimum Requirements:
- Extensive experience (10+ years) in maintenance craft, supervision / coordination / planning experience in Oil and Gas industry
- Commissioning, Start-up and Shut-down, Turnaround experience is an asset
- Demonstrates proficiency of standards, practices, and procedures to work activities
- Demonstrates an extensive knowledge of SAP with the ability to develop job plans, task lists, order materials, generate purchase orders and maintain BOM's
- Demonstrates proficiency in the use of SAP in the following areas: Process orders/notifications, Materials management, Planning of Jobs
- Demonstrates a deep knowledge of equipment in order to develop plans for repair and/or improved reliability
- Ability to build strong relationships with various stakeholders
Responsibilities:
- Produce detailed work packages for safe and efficient completion of PM's and other maintenance work in their area
- Manages all the aspects of planning maintenance work such as scope definition, selection and prioritization of tasks, coordinating resources, materials, vendors and service providers
- Ensure that the appropriate technical specifications, contracts and procedures for the maintenance repair
- Apply OEMS practices to all maintenance related operations, and ensure compliance to Suncor standards of safety, and operating integrity
Location and other Key details:
- You will work out of our office in Calgary, Alberta
- This is a regular Monday-Friday 40 hour work week
