Frontier Dental is entering its next stage of growth — and we’re hiring a high-agency, revenue-obsessed Director of Marketing – Growth to help lead it.
This is not a channel role. This is true ownership.
Reporting to an inspiring CMO, you’ll architect and scale our eCommerce growth engine across acquisition and retention. You’ll own CAC, LTV, retention, and revenue contribution — building systems, not just campaigns.
We have a creative, ambitious team ready to level up. Now we need a growth leader with hunger, clarity, and the ability to turn insight into momentum.
What You’ll Do
- Define and lead full-funnel growth strategy
- Own paid media + lifecycle performance
- Build and scale HubSpot (CRM + Marketing Hub) as our growth backbone – this is a must for this role!
- Design experimentation roadmaps and prioritization frameworks
- Establish strong measurement, attribution, and reporting
- Partner cross-functionally across Sales, eCommerce & Customer
You’re a Fit If You:
- Have 8+ years in growth, performance, or revenue marketing
- Have owned outcomes across paid + lifecycle
- Bring deep HubSpot expertise
- Think in systems, not silos
- Operate with urgency, accountability, and high agency
- Make strong decisions in fast-moving environments
