What You Will Do

As a Server, you will play a key role in ensuring guests enjoy a seamless and elevated dining experience.

• Provide prompt, courteous, and professional food and beverage service
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of menu items, preparation methods, and pricing
• Make recommendations and upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience
• Accurately take orders and process payments
• Accommodate guest requests and dietary needs in accordance with restaurant standards
• Complete pre and post shift duties as assigned
• Support overall restaurant operations, including assisting with seating or guest flow as needed

What You Bring

We are looking for someone who is service driven, confident, and able to perform well under pressure.

• Previous serving experience, preferably in a fine dining environment
• Strong customer service skills and a professional, polished approach
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast paced environment
• Team oriented with a willingness to take direction
• ProServe certification required
• Experience with POS systems considered an asset

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs as required
• Ability to push and pull equipment as needed
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including evenings and weekends

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

The work environment is a hotel setting, which has the following conditions: medium-high noise environment; high traffic area for internal guests, exposure to moving parts and equipment such as vacuum, steam cleaner, washer, and dryer. Potential exposure to theft and/or belligerent guests. Exposure to chemicals. Frequently working in areas of high temperatures around heavy equipment. Exposure to sharps and biohazards.
