If you’re passionate about making a real difference in patients’ lives and want to grow in a supportive environment, this is the role for you!

Why You’ll Love Working With Us:

  • Meaningful Impact: Help patients with daily living activities—bathing, dressing, feeding—while preserving their dignity and comfort.
  • Supportive Team: Work alongside nurses and healthcare professionals who value collaboration and mentorship.
  • Ongoing Learning: Access training, skill development, and on-site education to help you grow in your career.

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide compassionate personal care and support to patients in both NCU and LTC settings.
  • Assist with daily activities, ensuring patient comfort and safety.
  • Monitor and report changes in patient health, collaborating with the healthcare team.
  • Maintain clean, safe environments, adhering to hospital and safety standards.
  • Document patient care accurately and timely.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Completion of a recognized Personal Support Worker program.
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification.
  • Strong communication, empathy, and a team-oriented mindset.
  • Experience in healthcare is a plus—but not required.

We provide the tools, guidance, and environment to help you succeed—so you can make the difference you’ve always wanted to make.
