Redhead Equipment has an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Payable Clerk at our Regina branch.
At Redhead Equipment, we do Whatever It Takes to meet the needs of our customers and have been doing so for over 75 years. We deliver the most dependable brands of agricultural, truck and construction equipment across 14 locations in Saskatchewan.
The Accounts Payable clerk position plays a key role in managing our vendor invoice process from receipt through to payment. The successful candidate will work within our electronic invoice workflow system, ensuring accurate and timely processing of payables in a fast-paced dealership environment.
Key Abilities:
- Excellent data entry and computer skills with a high degree of accuracy
- Strong attention to detail
- Process and organize vendor invoices through our electronic invoice workflow software, managing routing, approvals, and payment processing
- Maintain an organized electronic and physical filing system
- Process vendor payments through our dealer management software (DMS), including accurate entry and reconciliation of payment transactions.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly.
Ideal candidate will possess the following:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, specifically Excel and Word
- Experience with electronic invoice workflow or accounts payable software is an asset
- Accounting-related education or experience
- Ability to thrive in a positive team environment while maintaining focus on independent tasks
