Description Du Poste Job Summary The Revenue Recovery Package Handler supports UPS revenue protection by accurately handling, scanning, measuring, and verifying packages to ensure correct billing and compliance with company standards. This role plays a critical part in identifying discrepancies in package data (weight, dimensions, service level) to prevent revenue loss while maintaining safe and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities Accurately scan, weigh, and dimension packages using approved systems (e.g., NSDS, DWS, handheld scanners).
Identify and correct billing discrepancies, including incorrect weights, dimensions, service levels, or missing data.
Ensure packages are processed in compliance with UPS revenue recovery procedures and audit standards.
Maintain a high level of data accuracy and attention to detail to support revenue integrity.
Safely lift, move, push, and position packages following UPS safety methods and ergonomics guidelines.
Communicate effectively with Operations, Clerks, and Supervisors regarding exceptions or system issues.
Meet or exceed productivity, quality, and valid scan targets.
Report damaged packages, irregulars, or system issues promptly.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
