Richmond School District operates 38 elementary schools, 10 secondary schools, alternate programs, continuing education and a number of additional facilities. The district enrolls approximately 21,000 students (K-12) and employs over 3500 dedicated staff.
**The Richmond School District is accepting applications for secondary classroom teachers and TTOC's. **
Required Qualifications include:
- Successful completion of a Bachelor of Education;
- Recent contract teaching experience and/or student teaching experience;
- Certified or eligible for certification with the Ministry of Education – Teacher Regulation Branch;
- Registration with Teacher Qualification Service (TQS).
Application Portfolios must include the following documentation:
- Cover letter
- Resume
- Final Practicum reports from both Faculty and School Associates
- Academic Transcripts
- Recent teaching evaluation within the past 8 years from your administrator (for experienced teachers)
Compensation:
**** Salary as per Teacher's Collective Agreement current salary range is $59,704 to $109,520 annually plus a comprehensive benefits package.
