Transparency matters to us. For this role, you can expect a salary between $90,000 - $110,000 annually, depending on experience.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned, motivated Project Manager to join our team in a high-impact, client-facing role. The ideal candidate brings a robust track record of managing and delivering complex professional services and strategic solutions centered on marketing technologies and UX design. You will play a critical role in driving project excellence, ensuring seamless execution, and fostering trusted relationships with our clients.
Key Responsibilities:

End-to-End Project Delivery: Lead the full lifecycle of complex marketing technology (Adobe, Salesforce, SAS) and UX design projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and on budget.

Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients. Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders, proactively manage expectations, and provide transparent status reporting.

Team Orchestration: Develop comprehensive project plans and coordinate cross-functional internal teams (technical leads, developers, UX designers) to align deliverables with client goals.

Risk & Scope Management: Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, negotiate scope changes, and remove blockers to maintain project momentum and profitability.

Strategic Alignment: Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition from the sales cycle to project kickoff, acting as a trusted advisor to clients throughout execution.
Qualifications:
-
Experience: 6+ years of client-facing project management experience in technology professional services, ideally involving MarTech platforms (Adobe, Salesforce, SAS) or UX design projects.

Enterprise Expertise: Proven track record of managing complex project lifecycles for Fortune 1000 clients in verticals such as Financial Services, Banking, Insurance, Telecommunications, or Travel & Hospitality.

Technical Acumen: Strong ability to bridge the gap between business objectives and technical execution, translating requirements into actionable project deliverables.

Methodology: Deep understanding of Agile and Waterfall delivery frameworks.

Travel: Willingness to travel on occasion within NA to client sites to facilitate meetings and workshops.
Preferred Skills:

Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certifications are highly preferred.

Exceptional senior-level communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Ability to thrive independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.

Knowledge of digital marketing ecosystems and customer experience (CX) strategies an asset.
