Job Title: Administrative Support Assistant (Mail Processing)
Location: Bells Corners, Nepean, ON
Position Type: Volunteer/Part-Time/In-person
Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Support Assistant to help with basic office and mail-handling tasks. This role is ideal for a high-school student or volunteer who is interested in gaining hands-on experience in an administrative environment.
What This Role Offers

What You'll Do
- Review printed information to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Insert documents into envelopes correctly
- Operate a postage meter to apply postage
- Sort and organize outgoing mail
- Drop off prepared mail at the post office
- Maintain a clean and organized workplace
What We're Looking For
Required Skills & Qualities:

Must be fluent in English and able to accurately read and interpret forms and procedural documents

Strong attention to detail

Ability to follow instructions and processes carefully

Reliable, punctual and organized
Preferred Qualifications:
