Job Type: Full-Time, Regular
Pay: $20 – $25 per hour (based on experience)

About the Role

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys administration, customer interaction, and keeping things running smoothly. You’ll support Sales operations, manage inventory details, and be a key point of contact at the front desk.

What You’ll Do

  • Process and track inventory orders and updates
  • Maintain accurate records in dealership systems and POS
  • Keep unit listings updated (pricing, photos, specs) using platforms like Impel
  • Support Sales and Service teams to ensure units are show-ready
  • Manage and update customer leads in CRM systems
  • Coordinate social media posts and online listings
  • Perform and support inventory counts and reconciliation
  • Act as front desk support by greeting customers and managing walk-ins
  • Assist with scheduling, appointments, and internal coordination
  • Support sales events and off-site shows

What You Bring

  • 2+ years of admin or sales support experience
  • Strong organization and attention to detail
  • Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
  • Confident communicating with customers in person and by phone
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Experience with social media or website updates is an asset
  • Positive attitude and team-focused mindset
