We oversee maintenance, repairs, energy systems, and strategic planning to create a functional and welcoming environment for students, staff, faculty, and visitors. This position is responsible for the timely and accurate submission of department payroll records and related documentation.
About the Role
The incumbent maintains a variety of departmental payroll records for approximately 125 employees. Refers to a variety of union agreements, submits time and exceptions for
both salaried and hourly staff and answers payroll-related inquiries from SFU Payroll, Human Resources and Facilities Services (FS) staff members. Provides occasional back-up to the Customer Service unit during periods of unexpected staff absences.
