Reporting to the Director of Sales for Western Canada, the Account Manager will support accounts in the Vancouver area.

Key activities
Deliver against business plan targets.
Collaborate to develop joint business plans reflecting brand/category objectives.
Execute new product listings, distribution, pricing/promotions, marketing investment, deduction management.
Manage forecasting and trade spend.
Prepare deal and costing sheets.
Increase sales through data-based selling.
- Exact responsibilities will be determined based on industry experience and team structure analysis.
Required training and experience
2-5 years’ experience in a similar position.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing and/or Finance.
Experience with databases like Nielsen or account specific POS Data tools (an asset).
Skills sought
Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and business development capabilities.
Strong business, financial and analytical acumen.
Ability to identify growth opportunities and translate them into actionable strategies.
Ability to interpret data and resolve complex issues.
Sound judgment and effective decision-making.
Excellent communication and computer skills.
Specifics of the position:
Availability to travel as required.
Able to work effectively in a work from home environment.
