Overview:
BW Gold is a wholly owned subsidiary of Artemis Gold Inc (“Artemis”). Artemis Gold is a well-financed, growth-oriented gold development company with a strong financial capacity aimed at creating shareholder value through the identification, acquisition, and development of gold properties in mining-friendly jurisdictions. The Company's current focus is the Blackwater Mine in central British Columbia approximately 160km southwest of Prince George and 450km northeast of Vancouver. The first gold and silver pour at Blackwater was achieved in January 2025 and commercial production was declared on May 1, 2025. Artemis Gold trades on the TSX-V under the symbol ARTG. Location: Prince George or Vanderhoof Office
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Reporting to the Training Superintendent, the Site Support Administrator is responsible for providing administrative support to the Blackwater Mine Management team. Ensuring the efficient operation of the site and related activities.
Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate strong safety leadership by promoting and enforcing company safety standards, procedures, and systems.
- Provide administrative and clerical support, including correspondence, document preparation, scheduling, and filing.
- Compile, input, and maintain training documentation and records.
- Prepare and process purchase requisitions in accordance with site procedures.
- Order and manage office supplies and consumables.
- Maintain and safeguard confidential personnel files.
- Manage accurate training records using tools such as SharePoint and Learning Management Systems (LMS), ensuring audit readiness.
- Support LMS functions including training delivery, recordkeeping, reporting, and basic troubleshooting.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and document control standards.
- Track, compile, and report departmental KPIs and progress metrics.
- Maintain SharePoint intranet portal.
- Act as a central point of contact for administrative inquiries across the site.
- Collaborate with departments to support operational efficiency.
- Promote a safety-first mindset and inclusive communication in all activities.
- Perform other related duties as required.
Qualifications:
- Certificate or diploma in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of administrative experience, ideally in mining, construction, or industrial environments.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills (written and verbal).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat.
- Experience with LMS platform (BIS Safety), Pronto, and Dayforce are assets.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize effectively.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- High level of integrity with a commitment to confidentiality and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

- Be a safety leader and respect the traditional territories and culture of the Indigenous communities which host the project site.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage a diverse workforce effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and support learning.
