The School of Interactive Arts & Technology (SIAT) is an interdisciplinary, research-focused school bringing together technologists, artists, designers, and theorists in innovative collaboration. SIAT’s administrative team provides essential support for the School’s academic, research and community initiatives. We play a critical role in enabling faculty and leadership to focus on strategic planning and decision-making by managing day-to-day administrative and technical tasks. About the Role

Provides senior level confidential secretarial and administrative support to the Program Director: acts as a resource person in the Director's absence, supports confidential faculty matters including appointments, salary review and tenure/promotion, screens visitors and phone calls; organizes the mail; arranges and prepares for meetings and does meeting follow-up; books travel and accommodation; processes expense claims; types correspondence, memoranda and reports, etc.; processes paperwork.
