We’re hiring a Director of Operations to lead and scale our Leasing Division — the person responsible for turning a high-volume leasing engine into a consistently high-performing operation.
This role is for a true operator: someone who builds structure, enforces standards, fixes bottlenecks fast, and keeps teams executing at a high level every day. You’ll work closely with leadership to translate vision into operational reality, and you’ll partner with our tech team to ensure our systems and automations support clean execution.

What You’ll Own
- Overall operational performance of the leasing division (speed, quality, consistency, client experience)
- Execution discipline across teams and handoffs (nothing falls through the cracks)
- SOPs, QA, training reinforcement, and escalation systems that prevent repeat issues
- KPI tracking, performance coaching, and accountability at the leadership level
- Continuous improvement of our CRM pipeline, workflows, automations, and system reliability in partnership with tech -Budgeting, forecasting, and capacity planning to scale volume without breaking quality (headcount planning, cost control, and performance forecasting)

- Faster and more consistent leasing execution
- Higher client satisfaction and retention
- Stronger conversion and follow-through across the pipeline
- Clean CRM usage and accurate reporting
- Fewer escalations because problems are solved at the root
Qualifications ( Must-have)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business/Commerce (BBA, BCom), Management, Finance, Economics, or a related field preferred.
- 5–10+ years leading operations in a high-volume, client-facing environment (Experience in leasing, property management, or real estate operations preferred)
- Experience managing managers/team leads and driving performance through KPIs
- Strong process builder (SOPs, workflows, QA systems, escalation paths)
- Confident working cross-functionally with tech on systems, testing, and automation
- High standards, urgency, and strong judgment
- Strong CRM experience (Zoho/Salesforce/HubSpot or similar)
Bonus (Nice-to-have)
- Strong comfort with AI tools and automation to improve operational efficiency (e.g., workflow automation, QA, reporting, documentation, internal enablement)
