We are seeking a highly strategic, client-facing Data Product Owner to bridge Product, Sales, Operations, and Engineering and report to the Chief Operating Officer.
This role owns the end-to-end lifecycle of our data and analytics products — from capturing market needs and defining product vision, to driving internal execution, client adoption, and continuous product evolution.
You will be responsible for translating client and market requirements into scalable data solutions, ensuring delivery aligns with SOW commitments, and championing product adoption across key holdcos and strategic accounts.
This is both a strategic and operational role — equal parts product vision, commercial enablement, and execution rigour.
As we continue to scale our proprietary audience, attribution, and analytics capabilities (including advanced identity, omnichannel resolution, and foot traffic solutions), we are seeking a strategic and execution-oriented Data Product Owner to lead the evolution and commercialization of our data products.

The Basics
Team: Operations
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
Vacancy status: Existing vacancy (active hiring).
Salary: $60,000.00 to 80,000.00/annually, based on experience
Benefits: Full comprehensive benefit plan
Vacation: 15 days, prorated in the first year
Location: Hybrid
Hours: 40 hours a week with a flexible schedule, able to cover 9:00 am - 5:00 pm, Toronto, Ontario, Canada time zone. (Eastern Standard Time (EST))

About this Opportunity - What You’ll Be Doing:
Product Vision & Market Intelligence
- Capture client needs, pain points, and technical requirements to inform proactive data product strategy
- Translate commercial feedback into structured product requirements and roadmaps
- Identify gaps in current data offerings and recommend new features, enhancements, or integrations
- Partner with Engineering and BI teams to define technical scope and feasibility
- Drive long-term product evolution aligned with revenue and adoption goals
Selling, Scaling & Adoption
- Support Sales and Account teams in positioning and selling data & analytics solutions to key holdcos and enterprise clients
- Develop product narratives, one-pagers, FAQs, and enablement materials
- Drive adoption of existing data products across strategic accounts
- Establish structured feedback loops from clients and internal stakeholders
- Identify upsell and expansion opportunities tied to product usage
Client Communication & Expectation Management
- Lead client-facing discussions related to data methodology, technical capabilities, and measurement frameworks
- Support WBS creation, SOW documentation, pricing alignment, and kickoff calls
- Ensure clarity of deliverables, timelines, and success metrics
- Act as the product authority in client conversations
Project Management & Internal Collaboration
- Own internal documentation, including briefs, technical scope definitions, and implementation processes
- Align Sales, Operations, Engineering, and BI teams on delivery timelines
- Maintain visibility across milestones and dependencies
- Drive cross-functional alignment to ensure scalable, repeatable workflows
Quality Assurance & Product Testing
- Ensure final product delivery matches SOW and client expectations
- Define acceptance criteria and testing requirements
- Validate audience builds, attribution logic, data outputs, and reporting accuracy
- Identify and resolve inconsistencies before client delivery
Data Storytelling & Presentation
- Translate complex data outputs into client-ready insights
- Develop clear, executive-level narratives around methodology and impact
- Present performance results and product capabilities to senior client stakeholders
- Elevate Native Touch’s positioning as a data-forward strategic partner
Does This Sound Like You?· 2.5+ years of experience in product management, data strategy, media analytics, or adtech
- Experience working with identity data, audience platforms, attribution models, or DSP integrations
- Strong understanding of programmatic media and omnichannel measurement
- Comfortable operating between commercial and technical teams
- Experience managing SOWs, pricing structures, and client-facing product discussions
- Highly structured thinker with strong documentation and communication skills
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
- Strong ownership mindset and accountability for outcomes
